This is where I got to vote for my first election here in DC. So strange knowing that I don't have a Senate representative anymore. Taxation without Representation: DC's motto. Absolutely true. This should change.
This was also my first time voting in an actual polling place! It was adorable; all these friendly people were lined up, handing out information packets and checking IDs and such. Fun fun fun! I love participating in the democratic process.
